All Pet Animal Hospital

Recently had an emergency with my dog and was able to get a same day appointment. The overall experience was great and the staff was very caring and knowledgeable. They took their time and treated Joy (dog) like the baby she is. Left the appointment with a full understanding of the injury and got in an annual check up and nail trim in too. For the 5 years of going here it has always been great.

When I called about getting an appointment for my very sick leopard gecko, they were able to get us in the same day! The front desk associates and vets were very kind and knowledgeable. They were able to diagnose her fast. The vet discovered a large abscess on her underside and was able to remove it all within 15 minutes and get us some antibiotics and emergency care nutrition for her to take home. Their pricing was also very fair. We are very happy with our experience here!

I had a Guinea pig emergency. There are few exotic animal vets in western PA and even fewer who can see them in an emergency situation. All Pets took Maverick the same day, as a new patient. The cost was very reasonable. The doctor was very thorough and extremely caring with Maverick. The clinic was extremely clean. Definitely an excellent choice for any small animal.

We've been customers of All Pet for 20+ years. I loved them because Dr. Bennet prioritized animal health and well-being ABOVE $$. Today, we had an emergency. Chocolate toxicity. Emergency says call poison control. Poison control says go to emergency and charges $85 just to tell you "yeah, go to emergency. " Now we've got poison control's $85 charge + the emergency charge. I ask All Pet why this process to take care of our sick pet? And I'm told because poison control will tell the vet how to care for the sick dog. REALLY? I mean a licensed emergency vet doesn't already know how to deal with chocolate toxicity!? This is just a racket designed to squeeze MORE hard-earned money out of the pockets of Pet lovers when they already charge exorbitant fees to begin with! I know, I know. How does this have anything to do with All Pet? Well, I called them to see why they handled the situation this way and I was told by the cold, uncaring voice on the phone, that Dr. Bennet RETIRED! Guess there is no reason to keep bringing our pets to All Pet Animal Hospital any longer. We were loyal to them because Dr. Bennet had compassion and integrity. Now this office is no different than all the other vets in the area and across the nation who regularly capitalize and take advantage of Pet owners with their exorbitant, excessive prices because they know that most of us will do ANYTHING and PAY anything for the love of our fur babies. Shame on you All Pet. You're such a disappointment. Boo! Hiss!

I have been taking my pets to All Pets, for 30 years? Dr.Bennett is wonderful, as is all of the staff. Diane talked me through many stressful days due to a dog with separation anxiety. They treated my dog with Cushing’s and a cat with diabetes. Both with compassion and education for myself and my family. Lucky to have a cat and dog with no health issues, but treated with the same compassion for annual visits. A big thank you.

I took my bearded dragon, leopard gecko, and crested gecko for a check up with Dr. Mershon, and I am beyond grateful for her care! She answered all of my questions, fully examined all three (she was incredibly gentle & thorough despite my lizards' bad behavior 😅), and gave me all the information I needed to start my beardie on some medication. I think their prices are incredibly reasonable for exotics and I can't recommend Dr. Mershon enough!
